Mayer Brown joins forces with EmployAbility to recruit students

Leading international law firm Mayer Brown has teamed up with top disability organisation EmployAbility, which assists people with disabilities into employment, and has successfully recruited four students onto their summer work experience programme.
EmployAbility, a not-for-profit organisation, works with anyone with a disability seeking employment and with leading global employers. They work predominantly with university undergraduates/ graduates and have strong links with universities, other disability organisations and key stakeholders.
Mayer Brown is the first and currently only law firm to be running a summer vacation scheme with EmployAbility and via the organisation have recruited 4 students for this summer’s scheme. Students will spend three weeks at the firm in two different fee-earning departments. They will also have the opportunity to participate in a number of seminars and trips, including to Brussels and to the Law Courts in London.
